Thomas & Thomas on behalf of Eagle Development Group, LLC has recently submitted four proposals to the City of Colorado Springs Planning Department for the Tuscan Foothill Village development. These proposals would develop much of the remaining land along Centennial Boulevard on the (west) Mountain Shadows side.
The following are the proposals that were submitted:
The proposed Tuscan Foothill Village development encompasses 48.62 acres on the west side of Centennial Boulevard south (and opposite) of the Mule Deer intersection (see Figure 1 below). A total of 143 residential units are planned for the site which will also include a private recreation center, a park and open space along the western edge of the property.

The plan also calls for a 2.3 acre commercial/retail site on the Northwest corner of Mule Deer and Centennial Boulevard - immediately south of the Mountain View Medical Group building (see Figure 2 below). This location places the commercial opposite the southern section of Green Valley Ranch along Centennial.
