NOTES FROM THE 3/14 COMMUNITY MEETING (CONTINUED):

• The plan showed three retail buildings within the 2.3 commercial site and a parking area. Although no specific uses were detailed or identified in the plan, the developer did suggest that the commercial site would cater toward local services such as a Bistro and a Day Spa (as examples).
• There will be a 45 ft. tower at the entrance of the commercial area but the rest of the buildings are one story.  They are planning to have a common area for people to sit outside around the entrance.  Signage will be minimized with no neon lights.
• The developer would like to break ground on the Tuscan Foothill Village site starting this fall, with completion of the entire development to take an estimated 4 to 5 years.
